Refund Policy

Cancellations due to force majeure must be advised in writing/email to cece2020@ualg.pt at least 30 days prior to the event date. The Organizing Committee will decide whether the given reasons comprise force majeure. A refund will not be granted if a registrant fails to attend the event or cancels within 30 days prior to the event. Substitutions can be made without penalty however advance notice is required in writing/email to cece2020@ualg.pt. The organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in case of force majeure, as well as to reschedule the event and substitute presenters. If this event is cancelled, you may request to transfer to another event, a credit, or full refund in writing/email to cece2020@ualg.pt. Please note the CCMAR will not be held liable for any accommodation or associated travel costs should this event be cancelled or rescheduled.
